Meet Sandy Thistle Holzwart
Sandy practiced yoga for many years, as well as taught some classes in a yoga studio. She also practiced meditation for decades and was introduced to Reiki through a Reiki master, Linda O'Connell. Sandy has always been able to feel a lot of energy through her hands; and Linda encouraged her to learn more about this energy. That led Sandy to study Reiki with Helene Williams, and now to her current practice in Manheim.
