I practice Reiki in Manheim, Pennsylvania, because I believe rest shouldn't be a luxury you have to earn. My job is simply to hold space while your body remembers how to slow down.
Like a lot of people who end up doing this work, I found Reiki during a season when I needed it myself. What started as a way to steady my own nervous system slowly became a calling — training, practicing on friends and family, and eventually opening my doors in Manheim. Years in, I still think of every session as a small act of trust, and I don't take that lightly.
I practiced yoga for many years, as well as taught some classes in a yoga studio. I also practiced meditation for decades and was introduced to Reiki through a Reiki master, Linda O'Connell. I have always been able to feel a lot of energy through my hands; and Linda encouraged me to learn more about this energy. That led me to study Reiki with Helene Williams, and now to my current practice in Manheim.
Reiki offers time to slow down, settle in, and simply be. There’s nothing you need to accomplish, there's no fixed routine. I follow what your body is telling me, session to session.
You’re always welcome to speak up, ask questions, change positions, or pause. Your comfort comes first. You don’t have to relax perfectly, clear your mind, or “do” anything. Just come as you are.
There’s nothing to prove and nothing you need to believe. You can simply be where you are, and we’ll begin there. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Reiki Renew Energy has grown slowly and intentionally, one referral at a time. Most of the people who find me are dealing with stress, grief, chronic pain, or just a sense that they've been running on empty for too long.
I'd love to tell you more in person — book a session, or reach out with any questions before you do.
